These Terms apply when you use the Auroraseasidekeep website and any booking, service or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, kindly leave the site unused.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort serve adult guests aged 18 and over exclusively. Confirming your age on the entry screen means you state that you meet this rule. Photographic ID may be asked for on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every booking depends on availability and our confirmation.
• Rates appear in EUR and include statutory VAT where it applies; city tax and tips may be charged separately.
• A valid credit card must secure each reservation. The full amount is collected at departure unless another arrangement is agreed.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled at no cost up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Inside fourteen days the first night is billed; no-shows are charged for the entire stay. Best Available Rates can be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

5. Conduct of guests

We may decline service or end a stay if a guest puts staff or others at risk, damages property, ignores our gaming rules, or otherwise breaks reasonable house standards.

6. Gaming

Play on our premises follows International law and is open only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and personal limits can be set at any time through your gaming host.

7. Liability

We take sensible steps to keep the property safe. Our liability stops at the limit allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables left outside the in-room safe or the hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

Everything on this website (copy, imagery, marks, layout) belongs to Auroraseasidekeep or its licensors and is covered by copyright, trademark and related intellectual-property rules.

9. External links

This site may point to third-party pages. We do not control or answer for their content or practices.

10. Governing law

These Terms follow the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cannes.
